> Arizona-based Rotani announced VideoPuck technology for IPTV, an end-to-end solution for multicast video in the home, which the company claims enables error-free transmission of IPTV video when paired with standard WiFi and HomePlug networking equipment. Release
> Juniper Networks has two new appointments: Steven Rice as Executive VP, Human Resources, and Spencer Greene as VP of Corporate Development. Rice joins Juniper from Hewlett-Packard. Greene, who joined Juniper in 1999 through the acquisition of Layer Five, succeeds George Riedel. Riedel recently left Juniper to join Nortel as its chief strategy officer. Release

> The Czech Republic's fixed-line telco, Český Telecom, is forming an IPTV brand with eight television and five radio stations. The telco is conducting limited trials through its 200 employees.
